We recommend that you keep your thermostat at above 55 degrees Fahrenheit. This is especially important to remember if you are going to be away from home for an extended period of time during the wintertime. If you are on a serious budget, then you may get away with keeping the temperature at around 45 degrees Fahrenheit, but we do not recommend going any lower than that. Otherwise, you might return to a house with burst pipes.
